BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 472

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 OCTOBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on Friday, 19 October 2012, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festival’;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Negros Oriental the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 19 October 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA gR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO II, do hereby declare Friday, 19 October 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
