[ Proclamation No. 473, October 1, 1968 ]

RESERVING FOR PLANT QUARANTINE BUILDING, BODEGA, AND FUMIGATION CHAMBER SITES PURPOSES ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority bested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale of settlement and reserve or plan quarantine building, bodega and fumigation chamber site purposes under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 18 of plan Gss-229 Sheet 1), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2, by Lot 20; on the SW., along line 2-3, by Lot 25, both of plan Gss-229; on the W. and N., along lines 3-4-5-6, by Lot 39 (Road); and on the E., along line 6-1, by Lot 17, both of plan Gss-299. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 0 deg. 43’ E., 1819.45 m. from B.L.L.M. 5, Davao Cad.,

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 0 deg. 43’ E., 1819.45 m. from B.L.L.M. 5, Davao Cad.,
