RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 98, Series of 1963, which reserved certain parcels of land for parks and playground purposes situated in Bonuan Guesset, City of Dagupan, byex- cluding certain portion thereof and reserving the same, to- gether with the accredited portion of the Lingayen Gulf, which is adjacent thereto, for building complex site pur- poses of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, subject to pivate rights, if a11Y there be, and to verification and approval of survey, which parcel is particularly described as follows: A PRCEL OF LAND Lot No. 9095-c (Portion),Bsd-4017. Bounded on the SEe and SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Road (portion of Lot 9095-C, Bsd-O17); on the NW., along line 4-5 by Salvage Zone and Lingayen Gulf; and on the NE., along lines 5-6-1 by Road (Portion of Lot 9095-C, Bsd-4017).
