DECLARING 25 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 25 April 2018, the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, marks the celebration of the Bahaghari Festival: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 25 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.
