BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 474

DECLARING 25 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 25 April 2018, the Municipality of Mabini, Batangas, marks the culmination of its Centennial Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mabini, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 25 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mabini, Batangas.
