PROCLAMATION NO. 474

DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 14 March 2024, Thursday, the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary as a component city;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 14 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of lloilo.
