EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE LEUKEMIA FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC., TO FEBRUARY 28, 199D WHEREAS, the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 272, dated June 20, 1988, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for the period August 1, 1988 to August 1, 1989;an WHEREAS, the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal; 0' :# ' d f 5 NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C.
