E. apostolate in the Philippines on October 1994; WHEREAS, the celebration of this event, which coincides with the International .-Year of the Family, will be participated in by membership of approximately 80,000 couples and their .families from allover the country; WHEREAS, it is but fitting that such a vital objective as farr.ily nity in the life and well-being of the nation be duly brought to the attention of our people; NOW,.
