MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAlIiATION No. <177 DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ILIGAN CITY WHEREAS, the laying of the cOl'l1el'stone of the Iligan Integrated Steel Mill will be on October 25, 1965; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the people of !ligan City be afforded ample opportunity to celebrate the memorable event with appropriate ceremonies; Now; THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, October 25, 1965, as a special public holiday in !ligan City. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
