AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE OLYMPIC COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Philippine Olympic Committee duly organized to serve provide competent and qualified athletes for international corapetitions; WHEREAS, to effectively carry out its noble objectives and successfully implement its national programs, such as in the selection, training and handling of national players in the state of preparedness and competence in the world sports and games, it needs financial and moral support of the public; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
