BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.478

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED WITHIN NUVALI DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX, BARANGAY CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, AS TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 02-342 (s. 2002) and Resolution No. 10-579 (s. 2010), of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land situated within Nuvali Development Complex, Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, as Tourism Economic Zone, to be known as Republic Wakepark, with an area of Eighty Thousand Seventy-Five (80,075) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following consolidated technical description:

Lot 1-A Pcs-04-025353

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan Pcs-04-025353, being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-025353) situated in Barangay Canlubang, City of Calamba, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., NW., NE., & SE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-1 by portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-025353.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 69 deg. 16’ W., 5,150.21 m. from BBM No. 36, CAD-154, Calamba Cadastre, thence:

N. 26 deg. 05' W., 352.73 m._ to point 2; N. 56 deg. 04 CE., 220.30 m._ to point 3; Ss. 62 deg. 56° Ey, 23.52 m. to point 4; S. 22 deg. 21 E., 353.74 m. to point 5; S. 60 deg. 55' W., 209.68 m._ to the point of beginning,

containing an area of EIGHTY THOUSAND SEVENTY-FIVE (80,075) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
