DECLARING JULY 17, 1966, AS BLOOD LONOR'S wil.

_ WHEREAS, the Philippine Waticral Red Oross Blood Progran tas coutributed much te the promotion of geucral Health, the mitigation of human suffering and the saving Of humen lives; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that a day be set aside ou Whick to dedicate our noblest thoughts and navifost our eppreciation to the thousands cf blood donors throughout the country who, by sharing part of their life in order that others may live, form the mainstsy of the Blood

4 NOW, THEREFORE, I, PERDINACD E. MARCOS, President Of the Philippines, do hereby declares July 17, 1966, as Blood Donor's Day. I call upon all veople to turn tucir thoughts on the thousands of blood donors in the eccuntry whose uosclfish contribution to the welfare of lwmanity Mist be acknowledged with eratitude,
