TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 TO SEPTEMBER 14, 1993 WHEREAS, the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines,Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 475, datedOctober 3, 1989, to conduct a national fund campaign for the period from August 1, 1989 to February 28, 1990; effectively carry out its noble needs the financial and moral . WHEREAS, in order toobjectives the Foundation support of the public; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippi'nes, "by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign from September 15, 1992 to September 14, 1993. For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts re- ceived by the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemption and deductibility bene- fits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.
