DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 151% birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar on Tuesday, 27 September 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day

in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas. |
