MALACANANG Manila J.!f: tJ /J 03 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 480 AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE 'YEAR WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 251, dated September 13,1993, to conduct a national fund campaign up to September 3, 1994; WHEREAS, to enable the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., to carry out its fight against cancer, it is necessary that its fund campaign be extended for another year; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
