EXCLUDING FROM PROCLAMATION NO. 505 DATED DECEMBER 25, 1968 WHICH RESERVED FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE OF BOHOL AGRICULTURAL PROMOTION CENTER (BAPC) SITUATED IN THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 505, dated December 25, 1968, which reserved for military purposes, certain parcel of land of the private domain of the government, situated in the City of Tagbilaran, and reserve the same for government center site purposes under the administration of Bohol Agricultural Promotion Center (BAPC), Department of Agriculture subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 6342-A of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-056766 being a portion of Lot 6342, Tagbilaran Cadastre), situated in the Barangay of Cogon and Dao, City of Tagbilaran, Island of Bohol. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Provincial Road (20.00 m. wide); on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 6342-B of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 6331; on point 4 by Lot 6329, both of Tagbilaran Cadastre; on the NE., NW., along lines 4-5-6- 7-8-9 by Lot 6342-C of the subdivision plan; on the SE., and NE., along lines 9- 10-1 by the Provincial Road (20.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 19-48’ W., 131-62 meters from BBM No. 22, Tagbilaran Cadastre; thence:

beginning, containing an area of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWO (27,902) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Points 4 by Old BI cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cms., and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms., Bearing True. Date of the original survey, May 11-June 4, 1936 and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Geodetic Engineer Antonio L. Domiguez, on March 26, 2003 and approved on April 8, 2003.
