r @ffire of iqe Jresibetti g f of te 'qi(ippi"e UJ "I- [ -~ e--,a aeanatls ¥n BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES ~ PROCLAMA TION NO. 484 J DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 1989, as "PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES DAY" IN CATANDUANES WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 24, 1989, marks the 44th anniversary of the charter of the Province of Catanduanes; and WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Catanduanes desire to commemorate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQU I NO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 24, 1989, as "Province of ;:i' Catanduanes Day" in Catanduanes.
