BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 484

DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 MAY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on Friday, 11 May 2018, the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 11 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan.
