MALACANAN~ MANILA t1fJJ 10/ (, BY THE PRESIDE~~T OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 485 31, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY WHEREAS, paying homage to the dead on All Saints' celebrated on the first day of November of every year, one of our most cherished traditions; Day, is WHEREAS, to give all full opportunity to our people to properly observe the day with all its religious fervor, which invariably requires them to travel to different regions of the country, Monday, October 31, 1994, which falls between a Sunday and All Saints' Day, November 1, 1994, may be declared as a special day without detriment to public interest.
