DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
WHEREAS, Friday, 23 November 2012, marks the 112" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Benguet:
WHEREAS, itis but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 23 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
