MALACANANG Manila Mt::v '13/ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 488 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 25 TO 31, 1994 AND EVERY LAS.T WEEK OF OCTOBER THEREAFTER AS NATIONAL REAL ESTATE WEEK WHEREAS, it is one of the avowed policies of the Government to promote the economy through the housing sector; WHEREAS, there is a further need to focus public attention on the importance of the real estate industry as a function of development and progress; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 25 to 31, 1994, and every last week of October thereafter as National Real Estate Week in the Philippines under the auspices of the Chamber of eal Estate and Builders' Associations, Inc.
