BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 488

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 AUGUST 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, the City of Butuan will mark the celebration of Adlaw Hong Butuan on Thursday, 02 August 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 02 August 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
