BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 49 |

DECLARING SATURDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 3 September 2016, the City of lriga marks the celebration of its 48 Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the city of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 3 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
