BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 490

DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1989, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 1989, marks the 42nd Foundation Anniversary of Pasay City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Pasay City desire to celebrate, with fitting ceremonies, this milestone in the history of their city:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, December 2, 1989, as a special day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal’ of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 20th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine.
