BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 490

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 MAY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival on Tuesday, 22 May 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
