BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 490

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2024, the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Mambusao to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 22 March 2024, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 29 March 2024 which falls on Good Friday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mambusao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz.
