BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 496

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 JUNE 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Carmen, Davao del Norte was created by virtue of Republic Act No. 4745 dated 18 June 1966;

WHEREAS, on 18 June 2018, a Monday, the Municipality of Carmen, Davao del Norte will mark its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carmen, Davao del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 June 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carmen, Davao del Norte.
