PROCLAMATION NO. 496

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 APRIL 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 03 April 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 170 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balangiga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 April 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar.
