BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 499

DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 15 November 2012, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks the commemoration of its 62"° Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
