PROCLAMATION NO. 499

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 APRIL 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 19 April 2024, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 26" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 April 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
