in comection with the feast of ID-UL-FITR, a very important holiday for Ituslims, I, FERDINAND =. MALCCS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Adninistrutive Code, io hereby declare Saturday, January 22, 1966, us a Special pudslic holiday in the provinces of Cotabato, Lanao del licrte, Lanao del Sur and Sulu, aad in the cities of Basilan, Gotabato, Iligan and Marawi.

Muslim official snd employees of the Government, both national and ldenl, performiag their duties snd functions outside of the provinces and gities above stated, shall be exempted fron duty during this ferst day which, for purposes of this proclamation, shall be coénsidered ss a epvecial public holiday for said officials and ewployees in their respective stations.
