DECLARING SATURDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal marks the celebration of its town fiesta on Saturday, 1 December 2012:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 1 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
