BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 591

DECLARING MONDAY, 11 JUNE 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 June 2018, a Monday, the City of Sagay, Negros Occidental, will mark its 22" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sagay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 11 June 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sagay.
