BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 503

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the Higantes Festival and the feast day of its patron saint, St. Clement on Friday, 23 November 2012;

_. WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ili, do hereby declare Friday, 23 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
