PROCLAMATION NO. 504
DECLARING SATURDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Saturday, 8 December 2012:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 8 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
