PROCLAMATION NO. 505

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY

WHEREAS, the City of Sipalay marks the celebration of the “Handurawan Festival” with Pasaway Dance Parade which showcases the glorious past of Sipalay as a copper producing locality of the country;

_ WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay.
