BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 507

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar marks the celebration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Wednesday, 28 November 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.
