DECLARING FRIDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF

ISABELA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela marks the celebration of the Aggau na San Mariano, highlighting the diverse culture of the towns people, on Friday, 7 December 2012;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 7 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mariano, Province of Isabela.
