DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, Thursday, November 4, 2010, the Province of Quezon marks the
remembrance and recognition of the heroism of Hermano Puli, the great man from Lukban, Quezon;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, November 4, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
