BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 51

DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN-FHE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Friday, 30 September 2016, marks the 16" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 30 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.
