AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 326 DATED JANUARY 2, 1968, WHICH CREATED THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR THE GANDHI CENTENARY.

The composition of the Committee created under Proclamation No. 326 dated January 2, 1968, is hereby amended to read as follows:
