BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 510

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT TOPAZ AND RUBY ROADS, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Iil, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 00-411 (s. 2000) and 11-624 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, located at Topaz and Ruby Roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, containing an area of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five (1,955) Square Meters, more or less (a portion of Lot 2-C), as an information Technology Center, to be known as the Cyberscape Beta. The land is defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-C-2 of the subdivision plan Psd-00-082605, being a portion of Lot 2-C, Psd-00-071110, LRC Record Nos. 699, 875 & 917) situated in Barangay (Oranbo) San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the South along line 1-2 by Lot 2-C-1 of the subdivision plan; on the West along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 by Road Lot 17 (LRC) Psd-105493 (Topaz Road); on the North along line 8-9 by Lot 2-D, Psd-00-071110; and on the East along lines 9-10-11- 42-1 by Road Lot 6, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Ruby Road).
