PROCLAMATION NO. 511

DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 10, 2004, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Saturday, January 10, 2004, marks the 64” Foundation Day Anniversary of the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, January 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
