BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 511

CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON A LAND LOCATED AT QUEZON STREET, BARANGAY SAMPAGUITA, ILOILO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-398 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board of Directors, an existing building, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the GST Iloilo Corporate Center, which stands on a land located at Quezon Street, Barangay Sampaguita, lloilo City, containing an area of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Three (1,353) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 4389, of the subdivision plan consolidation plan Pcs-270, being a portion of the consolidation Lots Nos. 150-B, 1104-C and 666-C of the cadastral survey of lloilo, G.L.R.O. Record No. 9739), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of lloilo, Province of lloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the N. by Lot No. 4390 of the subdivision and consolidation plan; on the E., by Lot No. 152 of Iloilo cadastre; on the S., by Lots Nos. 1104-B and 666-B, Plan S.W.O. 4619; and on the W. by Jones-Quezon Street.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 17 deg. 03’N., 790.35 m. from BLLM No.1, lloilo Cad;

thence N. 88 deg. 47’ W., 47.47 m._ to point 2;
