DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2003, marks the 425" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
