PROCLAMATION NO. 516

DECLARING FRIDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the “Kaaldawan nin Virac’ on Friday, 7 December 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 7 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
