PROCLAMATION NO. 517

DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1990 AS "CABANATUAN CITY. DAY"

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 3, 1990, marks the 40th charter anniversary of Cabanatuan City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Cabanatuan City desire to are celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue ef the powers vested in me by law, te

do hereby declare Saturday, February 3, 1990, as "Cabanatuan City Day" in Cabanatuan City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
