• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 517 DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA WHEREAS, Thursday, December 15, 1994, 46th Charter Anniversary of the City of Nagai marks the WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Naga be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL Vo RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 15, 1994, as a special day in the City of Nagao IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
