BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 917

DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 JUNE 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINGAWAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bingawan, lloilo, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 21 June 2018, a Thursday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bingawan, lloilo, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 21 June 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bingawan, Iloilo.
