BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 518

DECLARING DECEMBER 19 OF EVERY YEAR AS “NATIONAL ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) DAY”

WHEREAS, Article II, Section 16 of the 1987 Constitution guarantees the right of

all persons to a speedy disposition of their cases before all judicial, quasi-judicial or administrative bodies;

WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) Act of 2004” provides that it is the polic the use of ADR; and
